Azerbaijan Dragon Soumak

Soumaks are actually not kilims, but are very similar. They are also flat-woven in the same way that kilims are. However, they have a much more “shaggy” style to them, as the embroidery threads are left and not cut at the back leaving loose strands of wool to them.
